At Confident Smiles, we are providing a solution to everyone that doesn’t have access to dental health insurance and allow them to get affordable dentistry in Chicago.

The Confident Smiles Dental Membership is not dental insurance. It’s a membership plan that provides reduction of fees on all dental procedures. We are offering the plan to promote your dental health! Our Dental Membership Plan is care without contracts, deductibles, waiting periods or maximums, no limitations on frequency, no emergency exam fees. Most importantly, this plan provides the best materials, technology, and dentistry that you can ask for!
